People that want to do mixed martial arts are a special type of individual indeed. It is a very grueling type of sport. Switching scenarios, or positions, requires you to know how to smoothly transition from one to the other. It also becomes difficult learning how to go from striking with power, and going down the mat. It takes considerable balance when doing either. Don't forget to keep your stance firmly rooted. This is also important in this particular sport.
